Commercial Associates was started in the 1980's in Wells, ME by Will Yegge & Roland LaVallee, with the primary function being to serve the needs of businesses and commercial-investment clients in York County. In a short time their reputation for consulting with, and valuing various businesses, and selling businesses with, or without real estate quickly spread not only in York County, but throughout the State of Maine.
In December of 1999 the company was sold to The Masiello Group of Keene, NH, thus creating a new beginning for Commercial Associates.
Today the Brokers in Commercial Associates are focused on the market valuation and sale of businesses without real estate, businesses including real estate, commercial-investment properties and/or any properties that would be considered as qualifying for an IRS Section 1031 "Like-Kind" Exchange.
Each of our brokers has their own speciality, or market niche.
