Peter Gluckler has been a real estate professional for 20 years. His commercial experience includes general retail and office leasing and sales, land development, and residential construction.
Before joining ERA The Masiello Group he directed the marketing department of New England Hotel Realty, the highest volume hotel brokerage in the Northeast, and Lodging Econometrics, a nationally recognized hotel real estate research company.
Peter currently holds licenses in Maine & New Hampshire.
Patti Visconte, Director of Commercial Development, has been active in real estate for over 25+ years and has been an active member of the New Hampshire Commercial Board of Investment Realtors from inception.
She is familiar with all aspects of commercial real estate; office, industrial, retail, and land: Seller/Landlord Representation, Buyer/Tenant Representation, Investment/Value Analysis, and Commercial Development. She is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has launched, leased and sold several successful real estate projects.
A successful business owner and entrepreneur, she has started several new business ventures in addition to opening & operating several thriving franchises.
She attended Englewood Cliffs College and Fairleigh Dickinson University and majored in marketing. She was a licensed real estate appraiser in Massachusetts.
She has sold & leased millions of dollars of mixed commercial properties (office, retail, industrial and land) and has sold & leased over 1,000,000 square feet. Steve was born in West Hartford, Connecticut and enjoyed many summers in Ogunquit before moving to Maine. He graduated from Holy Cross College with a B.A. in economics-accounting. After college Steve worked for over twenty years in high technology as a software engineer and customer support specialist.
Steve purchased his first investment property in Ogunquit in 1989, which he subsequently sold and deferred taxable gain through a 1031 exchange. He has co-owned and operated a bed & breakfast and rental properties in Ogunquit for eight years. Steve has a deep appreciation and love of the southern Maine seacoast, and is committed to ensuring that every client receives professional, diligent treatment. Steve holds a commercial pilot's license with instrument rating and is a member of the Ogunquit Planning Board.

He was a member of the Corporate Real Estate staff of Digital Equipment Corporation, Combustion Engineering, Inc. and Asia Brown Bovari. He has managed numerous Foreign and Domestic Office and Industrial Real Estate Projects for multinational corporations.
Peter has been a broker for 30 years and has also worked as a Real Estate Appraiser and Property Manager. He has been a successful Investor, Construction Manager and Real Estate Developer. Peter owned a network of Real Estate offices from 1972 to 1977 and was part owner of The Williams Group, a Commercial Real Estate Business at Pease International Tradeport from 1997-2000.
