Question #1 - Some of pages don't seem to load correctly or they load slowly. What is going on?

Answer #1 - The web site was meant to be viewed in a full size window, and not in a reduced sized window. Maximize you viewing window and this will help you see all the information. If the web site is slow to move from page to page, we have to attribute this to the amount of visitors currently on the web site; we apologize for any inconvenience.

Question #2 - What are benefits of becoming a member and logging in?

Answer #2 - The benefits of becoming a member include "Saving Your Searches," having the ability to "Add To Favorites" on this web site, and the use of various Loan Calculators on the web site. These items are not visible to you unless you are a member and log in. These are real time savers if you are interested in organizing and storing your searches or favorite pages for future use. Question #3 - How do "View Favorites" and "Saved Searches" work on this web site?

Answer #3 - When you are a member and have logged in, the buttons for "View Favorities" and "Saved Searches" will become visible in the Main Directory. When you visit a web page that you would like to save for future reference, you may "Add To Favorites" to save that page. The next time you log in you may click on the "View Favorites" button to view those pages that you have saved. There are options to delete them from "Your Favorites" when you would like to do so. Afteryou conduct searches you may also "Save Searches" so that you may conduct similar searches in the future without having to enter the parameters of the search into the search boxes.
